Ready to move forward? We'll send a loan application package via email and begin compiling preparing for for underwriting.  Providing the supporting documents in a timely manner will help speed up the process.

When the loan application package is completed with supporting documentation, it is submitted to a loan processor for underwriting.  A property evaluation and title search are conducted as part of the underwriting process as we prepare for closing.

Congratulations, its closing day!

Prior to closing you’ll receive a Closing Disclosure  (CD) from your lender. It includes the loan terms, your projected  monthly payments and your final costs.   At closing, you’ll sign the final paperwork, pay any closing costs that may be due and get the keys to your new investment property.

Now that you have sealed the deal, it's time to execute your strategy.
