When the loan application package is completed with supporting documentation, it is submitted to a loan processor for underwriting. A property evaluation and title search are conducted as part of the underwriting process as we prepare for closing.

Prior to closing you’ll receive a Closing Disclosure (CD) from your lender. It includes the loan terms, your projected monthly payments and your final costs. At closing, you’ll sign the final paperwork, pay any closing costs that may be due and get the keys to your new investment property.
