Our Leadership
Leslie Hagerich, Founder & CEO
Leslie Hagerich is the founder & CEO of Bold Reliance Funding, LLC. The daughter of an Architect father and Interior Decorator & Real Estate Agent mother, Leslie has a natural attraction to the real estate industry and especially loves seeing the creative transformations of distressed properties made new again.
Throughout the 1980s and early 90's, Leslie was a professional photographer. During that time, she won and serviced contracts providing photographic documentation on multi-million dollar construction projects for VA Medical Centers across Texas. Later, Leslie worked in the home building industry as Director of Training and Development, working with a regional sales team in San Antonio and Austin markets.
Leslie has been a Parenting and Family Life Coach since earning professional certification in 2009. Her desire to see families thrive along with her belief in wealth building through real estate were the inspiration for Bold Reliance Funding. By partnering with investors who have millions of dollars to lend, Bold Reliance Funding is able to be a valuable resource for investors who lack the funds needed to succeed in real estate investing.
